About the role

In this exciting position you will be an integral part of our Little Mountain Campus Café. We are a hardworking, outgoing team striving to deliver only the highest quality food and coffee alongside the best customer service.

Your responsibilities include making and serving consistent quality coffee and assisting in the preparation of meals. You will also greet customers, take orders utilising a POS system, stocktake and order, table service, functions, keep the café and community centre clean and open and close the café.

About you

You are passionate about providing the perfect café experience for customers. A positive can-do attitude and a professional manner are part of your expansive repertoire.

Ideally you will have:

  • Solid experience as a barista in a café setting or similar;
  • Solid experience in food preparation;
  • Experience utilising a point of sale system;
  • A Certificate II in Hospitality is desirable, or equivalent experience;
  • A friendly and outgoing personality and the ability to communicate to people at every level.

A passion for great food, food handling and cooking experience will be highly regarded.
