We are looking for an experienced and confident leader to join our Foster and Kinship team and continue to help shape the bright future of our service. This role plays an important role in ensuring high quality service delivery to our carers and achieving good outcomes for our children and young people.
Everyday will look a little different but you will always have an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our Foster and Kinship Carers and the children and young people they care for.
The role will be based in Mount Isa and work full-time from our Mount Isa office. However, will supervise a team of Case Workers and Support Workers who provide direct support to Foster and Kinship carers in various towns of North West QLD including Mount Isa, Cloncurry, Dajarra, Boulia, Richmond, Normanton, Burketown, Doomadgee, and Mornington Island
You will have a supportive induction and ongoing mentoring from your line manager and the CYF Senior Leadership team. There will be ongoing opportunities for training and professional development.
