About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to implement your previous skills and experience to continue your end to end recruitment success.
You will be supporting recruitment activities including building our talent pipelines across our diverse portfolio of business streams including our Children, Youth and Families and Seniors and Supported Living departments. Joining a team of five, you will work right across the recruitment cycle from the job requisition stage to the placement of a candidate.
You will be prepared to grow and evolve as we move to improve our wider People and Culture service delivery model. We are changing, and you must be comfortable with that too. You will have opportunities to work on strategic projects and contribute towards the development of our strategy, however you should also be prepared to screen candidates and deal with high volumes of recruitment requests, and the supporting administration elements that comes with them.
Establishing a strong rapport with hiring managers to develop a talent management strategy to fill all vacancies in a timely manner will be one of your main priorities.
You are passionate about recruitment and understand the full end to end recruitment process. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding of the Aged Care and or Child Protection sectors, though it is your recruitment skills we are most interested in.
The most important factor for us will be team fit, and you should be able to balance fun with hard work. We like to have a laugh, but also roll our sleeves up tightly when workloads are high. You will be a self-motivated individual with a solid customer focus and have the vision to see how things can be improved.
You will possess prior experience in recruitment with knowledge of screening, interviewing, hiring practices and business development. You have a passion for finding quality talent, working within a cohesive team, and helping individuals find promising careers. Furthermore, you possess the proven ability to think on your feet and proactively find solutions to issues as and when they arise.
Your qualifications and experience should include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar, or experience in a relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in end to end recruitment;
- Previous experience using eRecruitment systems.
