About the role
In this challenging role you will be responsible for providing complex business support and acting as a super-user in application support and user maintenance. You will be working collaboratively as part of the Information Communication and Technology team and your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd application support and configuration to staff;
- Developing strong working relationships with end users;
- Supporting end users in a fast paced, corporate environment;
- Configuring and enhancing corporate systems;
- Performing testing on system upgrades.
You are an expert at understanding and navigating technology in response to business requirements. An astute problem solver and multi-tasker, you troubleshoot on your feet.
You have a naturally observant and consultative approach with a passion for building new technical skills. Furthermore, you have an inquisitive mindset with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills are part of your expansive repertoire fostering positive relationships with technical and non-technical colleagues.
To be suitable for this position, your qualifications for the role will consist of:
- Tertiary/postgraduate qualifications in information technology or a similar field;
- Solid experience in Applications System Administration roles;
- Experience of working in a fast paced, agile environment.
Experience working with the following will be highly regarded:
- ITIL or other industry recognised certification;
- EPICOR or Dynamics 365 Finance experience.
