About the Role:

We are seeking a Permanent Part‑Time Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at Moonah Park, our 98‑bed Residential Aged Care home in Mitchelton.

In this rewarding role, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of meaningful leisure and recreational programs for our residents. You will also play an active role in encouraging and assisting residents to participate in activities that enhance their wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

About You:

You are a compassionate and skilled Lifestyle Assistant who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused environment. You bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for improving the lives of older Australians.

Essential:

Relevant work experience providing Leisure and health programs, preferably in an Aged Care environment.
Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

Desirable:

Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Certificate III in Individual Support or other similar qualification
