About the Role

As an Environmental Service Worker, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the daily living experience of our residents. Working across kitchen, dining, laundry, and cleaning services, you’ll help keep our home running smoothly, safely, and with heart.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with meal preparation and maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen
  • Set up and serve meals, ensuring dining rooms, trolleys and trays are tidy and inviting
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding and distributing linen and resident clothing
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout residential areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and contribute to continuous improvement

About You

You are someone who takes pride in providing quality service and enjoys working in a role that directly supports the wellbeing of older Australians.

You will bring:

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual and adpaptable 
  • A strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Outlook, web browsing).
  • Previous experience in kitchen operations, cleaning, laundry, or aged care.

Requirements

  • National Police Check
  • Current Australian Work Rights (We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role)
