We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a dedicated team, providing high-quality care and services to our residents at their home.

About the Role

As our Service Manager, you’ll oversees the operational management of quality home care and retirement living facilities.  The Service Manager manages the development, human resource, accreditation, financial performance and client outcomes of the services.

You’ll play a pivotal role in the local community, building trusted relationships and promoting our service as a place where residents thrive and families feel supported.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care
  • Managing clinical, operational, and financial outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Building strong community connections to maintain occupancy and engagement
  • Fostering a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement

About You

Our ideal candidate is

Essential:

  • Degree and or qualifications in health management or business management
  • Possess a current First Aid and  Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Has a strong knowledge and commitment to Work Health and Safety
  • Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
  • Hold a current drivers licence
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

Desirable:

  • Certificate 3 or IV in Individual Support or Home and Community Care
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Retirement Living Villages Act, or similar quality systems.
  • Importantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence and Courage
