Personal Care Worker – Casual Opportunity!

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day life of our facility by supporting residents with their daily needs, including:

• Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing and helping with social activities
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect for our residents at all times
• Completing daily care charts and reporting any changes in health to the Registered/Enrolled Nurses
• Working collaboratively with the broader team to support a high standard of care delivery

About You

You are someone who brings a positive, practical approach to your work and takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centred care. You will also bring:

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic computer skills for reporting (email and internet use)
• Availability to work a flexible roster across different shifts
• Australian working rights (We are not able to offer sponsorship)

Desirable

• Previous experience in a direct care role within aged care
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
