As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll be at the heart of our care team, providing hands-on support that enriches residents’ physical, emotional, social, cultural and spiritual wellbeing — all underpinned by our Positive Wellbeing Model of Care.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, meals, social activities and outings
• Support the development and review of individual care plans and complete accurate documentation and charting
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes to nursing and care leadership
• Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Contribute to a safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming environment
• Carry out tasks delegated by Registered and Enrolled Nurses
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, values-driven care team

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience providing direct care within an aged care environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Outlook, internet-based systems)
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship unavailable for this role)
