Project Manager

  • Kenmore head office
  • 12-18 month contract
  • $120k base + super + 5 weeks leave

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a range of projects, from application rollouts to broader business initiatives, across the organisation. This role requires a strong understanding of both business and technical domains, with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes through structured project execution, stakeholder engagement, and vendor collaboration.

We are looking for a forward-thinking professional with:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders early to understand business drivers, define high-level requirements, and shape project scope.
  • Business Case Development: build business cases by translating strategic goals into actionable project plans and delivery frameworks.
  • Procurement & Vendor Selection: Lead procurement activities including market engagement, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation to ensure the selection of partners that align with project and organisational needs.
  • Solution Delivery Oversight: Manage projects through solution design, functional alignment, and testing phases—ensuring that business needs are met with practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strategic Alignment: Maintain alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and delivery outcomes, ensuring value is realised at every stage.

What Sets This Role Apart:

This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who brings a strategic mindset, thrives in complexity, and can lead through ambiguity. You will need to:

  • Navigate Organisational Change: Understand the broader impact of change and guide teams through transitions with clarity and confidence.
  • Lead Diverse Stakeholders: Influence and collaborate across technical, operational, and executive levels to maintain momentum and alignment.
  • Champion Resilience: Stay focused and adaptable during high-pressure phases of delivery, managing risks and shifting priorities effectively.
  • Drive Innovation & Practical Solutions: Be a pragmatic leader who identifies opportunities to streamline delivery, improve processes, and implement solutions that deliver measurable impact.

What You will bring:

  • Degree qualified with certifications in project management (PMP, PMBOK, Prince 2, Agile).
  • A proven record managing and delivering projects in a transformation environment, ideally in the aged care sector or similar industries.
  • Ideally HRIS implementation or similar programs of work.
  • The ability to lead stakeholders through a transformation journey with the change management experience to ensure success.
  • Influence and relationship-building skills to be a trusted project partner and able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A pragmatic analytical mindset, resilient, clear under pressure, and focused on outcomes and value.

Why Join Us?
