Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a reliable and friendly Environmental Services Worker to support our Residential Aged Care home in Clive Burdeu. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

About the Role

You will support daily operations across cleaning, laundry, kitchen, and servery areas, helping ensure services are delivered safely and with care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with food preparation and meal service
• Setting up and cleaning dining areas and equipment
• Cleaning kitchen, communal areas, and resident rooms
• Supporting food safety, infection control, and hygiene standards

 About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Is friendly, respectful, and resident-focused
• Has strong time management skills and can think on their feet
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Is adaptable and happy to work across cleaning, laundry, and kitchen shifts
• Is flexible with availability, including weekends (penalty rates apply)
• Is available for an immediate start
• Experience in a similar role is desirable

 Essential Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a National Police Check
• Valid Australian work rights (sponsorship not available)
