Administration Officer

About the Role

This role provides reception and administrative support, while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will step in as needed to support the team, including assisting with roster-related tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reception support and act as first point of contact
  • Manage calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Support admissions, agreements, and resident administration
  • Assist with reporting, correspondence, and general admin tasks
  • Rostering experience not required but highly regarded
  • Provide backfill support across the admin team during leave

 

About You

  • Previous administration experience (aged care desirable)
  • Certificate III in Business (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
