Permanent Part time Opportunity

Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a Part‑Time Registered Nurse to join our welcoming team at Kolan Gardens Aged Care Service, a 22‑bed residential home in Gin Gin providing residential, respite, palliative, and pastoral care.

As our Registered Nurse, you’ll play an important role in supporting residents with professionalism, warmth, and compassion. You’ll thrive in our homely setting where your skills are recognised and valued. You’ll be supported daily by an on‑site Care Coordinator and an Experienced Manager ensuring guidance, collaboration, and the leadership you need to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include

• Administering medications and updating care plans
• Conducting baseline and focused assessments
• Leading and mentoring team members 
• Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality care

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Skilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plans
• Previous aged care experience
• Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Card
• Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
