Environmental Services Worker – Cook

Casual role

In this role, you’ll be involved in cooking and overall care of residential areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both residents and staff. With local shops, cafés, and parklands just minutes away, Golden Age offers care, comfort, and a homey environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Set up and clean dining areas, trolleys, and trays.
• Manage laundry duties (sorting, washing, drying, folding) and maintain the laundry area.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of residential areas throughout the facility.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Experience as a cook and open to facility maintenence 
• Ability to acquire a National Police Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening (if applicable).
• Valid Australian work rights (no sponsorship available)
