About the Role
Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking Registered Nurses for our Residential Age Care Facility in Bribie Island.  We are after Registered Nurse who can do AM or PM shift.   As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents and leading our care team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and updating care plans
• Conducting baseline and focused assessments
• Leading and mentoring team members 
• Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high-quality care

Essential:

• Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
• Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
• Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

Desirable:

• Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
• Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
