About the Role

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference? Fair Haven Aged Care in Maryborough is an 85‑bed residential aged care service offering respite, palliative and pastoral care within a supportive, caring community. We’re seeking a compassionate Casual Personal Care Workers to join our team and help residents live with comfort, dignity and respect.

What you will be doing

In this rewarding role, you will support residents with their daily needs, including:

• Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and meaningful social engagement
• Maintaining residents’ dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
• Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

What you will bring

We are looking for team members who are caring, dependable, and aligned with our values.

You will ideally have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or working towards)
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Australian work rights (sponsorship not available)
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach
• Alignment with our values of Integrity, Compassion, Excellence & Courage
