Property & Assets Administrator - About the role

Our Property & Assets Administrator will work in our Property Services team and help drive efficiency across administration, quality, compliance, and financial support for our vital community services.

You will be part of a wider team providing high quality customer service to the community and our stakeholders, whilst ensuring the smooth operational, financial, and administrative operations of across our property services.

You will collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, councils, and property managers to support the organisation’s property portfolios and our teams as we deliver property management, asset management, and capital projects.

About you

You will be a detail-focused individual with experiences in administration and customer service-oriented environments. You will thrive in a self-led team environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for providing efficient administrative and coordination support.

You will ideally bring to the team:

  • Recent experience in a business or administration support, office coordination, property administration, or a similar role.
  • Ability to provide efficient and effective data entry with attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with competency in other Microsoft Office programs.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repeated tasks.
  • An autonomous nature with good time management and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experiences with financial / invoicing / accounts systems is desirable but not necessary.

The ideal candidate will be organised, have the confidence to communicate with a range of stakeholders and have a passion for supporting your team to be more effective while fostering a culture of improvement and efficiency.
