Business Analyst
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst who thrives in c and knows how to turn business strategy into robust business and technology outcomes.

We are looking for a forward-thinking professional with:
- A proven ability to understand and influence people.
- Strong technical acumen and hands-on experience in system integration, data modelling, or enterprise platforms.
- Proven experience in driving organisational change and guiding stakeholders through technology transformation.
- A natural ability to build trusted relationships across IT and business teams.
As a Business Analyst, you will take the lead on:
- Engaging stakeholders early in the initiative lifecycle to gather and define high-level business requirements.
- Supporting the development of business cases by translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable insights.
- Leading the analysis process through solution design, functional specification, and testing.
- Ensuring alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and delivery outcomes.
- Driving change management: conducting impact assessments, planning communications, and training, and tracking adoption to ensure smooth technology rollouts.
What You will bring:
- Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in system integration, data modelling, or enterprise platforms.
- A proven track record delivering integration and implementation projects in complex environments.
- Influence and relationship-building skills to be a trusted partner across IT and business, able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- A pragmatic problem solver who is resilient, clear under pressure, and focused on outcomes and value.
- Bonus: experience with building frameworks, integration tooling, data visualisation/BI, and test management.
