About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Officer to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will support the HR Business Partnering team and play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient and high‑quality HR operations across the organisation.

In this role you will be:

  • Managing and responding to HR service desk (ticketing) requests.
  • Updating and maintaining HR SharePoint pages and position descriptions.
  • Coordinating and supporting HRBP team projects and meetings.
  • Providing administrative support in employee relations matters.
  • Contributing to policy and process development.
  • Supporting HR reporting, data analysis and audit activities.
  • Supporting our GM People & Culture with project and administrative assistance, including event planning and diary management.

This role also collaborates across our P&C teams to support compliance, reporting, safety culture, continuous improvement and alignment with our mission and values.

You will thrive in this role if you bring:

  • HR qualifications or equivalent experience (or are working towards one).
  • Understanding of the Fair Work Act 2009.
  • Experience providing HR or employment relations support.
  • Strong computer skills across Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good time‑management, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
