About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and organised Administration Officer with a strong interest in rostering to join our Crows Nest team.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexibility required to support rostering and leave coverage across the administration team.

You will play a key role in supporting staff rostering, while also being the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support staff rostering and scheduling
  • Provide reception support and act as first point of contact
  • Manage calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Support admissions, agreements, and resident administration
  • Assist with reporting, correspondence, and general admin tasks
  • Provide backfill support across the admin team during leave

 

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience (aged care desirable)
  • Knowledge or exposure to rostering
  • Certificate III in Business (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
