Registered Nurse

2 x Permanent Part Time (AM shift) 

About the Role:

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking two Registered Nurses for our Oak Towers Aged Care location. This role will see you working within our 124 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff – typical tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focussed assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families. 

About You

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who is after a new challenge? Needing a more recognised and proven community where they appreciate your work every day?

Our ideal candidate is

Essential:

• Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
• Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
• Ability to work across morning shifts. 
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

Desirable:

• Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
• Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
