Enrolled Nurse - Residential Aged Care

$37.66 to $40.03 per hours, depending on experience

Are you a compassionate Enrolled Nurse who loves connecting with people and delivering exceptional care? Join our dedicated team at Gracehaven, our 110-bed residential aged care community in beautiful Bundaberg. You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team that values collaboration, kindness, and innovation.

What you'll be doing

No two days are ever the same! You'll:

• Administer medications and deliver person-centred clinical care
• Review and update care plans to ensure residents' needs are met
• Conduct baseline and focused assessments
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare providers

Your care and commitment will help residents live with dignity, comfort, and joy.

About you

You're passionate about making a difference and take pride in delivering high-quality, person-focused care. You'll also bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) with a current Practicing Certificate
• Ability to use mobile devices to record and manage information
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
• First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Current driver licence and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Australian work rights (we do not provide sponsorship)

Desirable:

• Possess a current First Aid certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate
• Experience in the residential aged care sector
