Aged Care Systems Support Specialist

About the Role:

 

Drive innovation and excellence in aged care through a quality improvement framework. Key functions include delivering impactful training, ensuring data integrity of digital systems, and identifying business improvement and change initiatives. The team will collaborate across the business to embed best practices, enhance system capabilities, and help the Seniors Living business make data-informed decisions. All work is to support person-centered care and digital maturity. Based at our Head office in Kenmore.

  • Drive improvement by managing the quality system and changes.
  • Deliver client service and advance the organisation's reputation.
  • Expertly deliver training (face-to-face and remote).
  • Display leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Tertiary qualification, current driver's licence, and National Police Check
  • Must have working rights in Australia - We do not provide sponsorship
