Business Improvement Analyst (Finance)

Are you passionate about streamlining finance processes, driving continuous improvement, and making a meaningful difference?

Working closely with the Manager – Financial Accounting and broader Finance team, you will play a key role in embedding best‑practice accounting and improved ways of working across Finance.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys analysing processes, engaging stakeholders, and turning improvement ideas into practical, sustainable outcomes.

What You Will Do:

• As part of our Finance team, optimise, standardise, and automate processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
• Review, map and analyse finance processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design, recommend and implement process improvements aligned with business and strategic objectives.
• Support our leadership in embedding best practice financial accounting principles.
• Maintain robust process documentation and templates to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver continuous improvement outcomes.

About You:

You are a proactive problem‑solver with a strong finance background and a passion for continuous improvement. You communicate well, enjoy working with stakeholders, and can balance attention to detail with a big‑picture mindset.

You bring:

• A degree or advanced diploma in accounting, finance, or similar.
• Proven experience with process improvement in a complex accounting environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Advanced competency with accounting systems, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
