Are you passionate about creating welcoming spaces and memorable experiences? Join us as a Café and Events Coordinator, where you’ll manage a vibrant café and deliver engaging events that foster connection and wellbeing for our community.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee daily café operations, including food prep, inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
  • Plan and deliver events that bring people together and generate revenue.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor performance, manage reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote café and events through signage, digital channels, and community engagement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in café management and event coordination.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to create a welcoming environment aligned with our values.
  • Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire
