An exciting leadership opportunity awaits an experienced Registered Nurse to step into the pivotal role of Clinical Care Manager at Gracehaven Aged Care Service in Bundaberg.
As our Care Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the clinical excellence and compassionate culture that defines Gracehaven Aged Care. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll mentor a dedicated team of clinicians and contribute to an environment where residents, families, and staff all thrive.

Post-graduate qualifications in Geriatrics, Dementia or other Aged Care specialisation are desirable.
