- Work closely with project management teams to provide the change management advice and expertise.
- Be a conduit to understand business needs, map processes, and complete impact assessments that will prepare the organisation for transition.
- Identify resistance, adoption risks, and gaps in our projects and programs of work and develop mitigation strategies that support project managers and leaders through delivery.
- Implement business readiness and post‑go‑live support activities to ensure a smooth and confident transition for users.
- Work collaboratively to align change activities with organisational strategy, legislative requirements, service quality, and continuous improvement.

- Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, helping project leaders navigate competing priorities, shifting landscapes, and technology‑driven change.
What You Will Bring
- Extensive experience in contributing to the people readiness side of projects, starting with co-developing stakeholder impact analyses then moving through communication and training action planning and delivery.
- Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline, plus certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, Agile Change Management, ACMP).
- Experience delivering change initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, business process reengineering, and change impact analysis.
- Strong skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders and group facilitation.
- Proficiency in change and project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence).
