About the role
Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and making an impact for a leading Queensland not-for-profit organisation providing services including Aged Care and foster & kinship care.We are seeking a proactive and skilled Change Manager to join our dynamic Project and Innovation Office team. In this key role, you’ll focus on delivering effective change management methodologies and processes to support Churches of Christ’s transformative initiatives. You'll collaborate across teams, ensuring successful adoption and sustained change, enabling our organisation to innovate and grow.

You excel at developing and implementing change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring seamless adoption of new processes or systems. With expertise in change management frameworks and best practices, you bring strong communication and collaboration skills to every project. You have a proven track record of delivering impactful change across organisations, coupled with a passion for innovation and the ability to inspire others to embrace new ways of working.
