About this role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at our Palms Aged Care Service, located in Ingham. As the Care Coordinator you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical support, leadership and coordination of clinical care for residents/clients with complex needs.
You will contribute as an integral member of the Seniors Living group and supports activities aligned with the strategic direction of and consistent with the mission and values of Churches of Christ.
