An exciting leadership opportunity awaits an experienced Registered Nurse to step into the pivotal role of Care Manager at our Oak Towers Residential Aged Care Service.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a skilled clinical team to deliver safe, person-centred care.

• Oversee care planning, clinical governance, and quality systems aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with AN-ACC and accreditation requirements.

• Foster collaboration between residents, families, and allied health professionals.

• Drive a culture of compassion, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You’re a compassionate clinical leader who knows that great care starts with great teamwork. You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aged or acute clinical care

• At least 4 years’ experience in a Care Manager role within residential aged care

• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and accreditation processes

• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
