Highlighting the importance of this role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at Crows Nest Aged Care Service, located on the Darling Downs. As the Care Coordinator you will be responsible for providing advance clinical support, leadership and coordination of clinical care for residents/clients with complex needs.
You will contribute as an integral member of the Seniors Living group and supports activities aligned with the strategic direction of and consistent with the mission and values of Churches of Christ.
In this role you will:
The role offers the following availability: workdays are Monday to Friday, with every second weekend required. Flexible start time is either 7am or 8am.
What you can bring to the team
This role would be ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse with several years aged care experience who is looking for a new challenge. Committed to continuous improvement, you look forward to the changing opportunities this diverse role offers. You are often recognised for your highly developed problem-solving, conflict resolution, decision-making and negotiation skills.
