Clinical Educator Quality Coordinator

Bribie Island, QLD | Permanent Full-Time

About the Role

Step into a role where you don't just influence care - you elevate it.

As our Clinical Educator & Quality Coordinator, you'll be the spark that grows confidence, capability and excellence across our care team. You'll design and deliver hands‑on education that empowers nurses and care workers to shine, ensuring every resident receives safe, high‑quality, genuinely person‑centred care.

But your impact doesn't stop at education. You'll be our quality champion - leading audits, uncovering the real story behind issues, and working with teams to turn insights into meaningful improvements. This is your chance to drive a culture where learning is encouraged, quality is owned by everyone, and great care is the everyday standard.

If you love developing people, improving practice and making aged care better from the inside out, this is the role where you'll make your mark.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading onboarding, induction and ongoing education for RNs, ENs and PCWs
  • Delivering practical, engaging learning aligned with best practice and compliance
  • Conducting audits, analysing trends and turning findings into meaningful improvements
  • Building and tracking action plans that drive change
  • Acting as a clinical and quality subject matter expert across systems and processes
  • Partnering closely with Service and Care Managers to lift outcomes across the service

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has an AHPRA-registration as an RN with solid aged care or acute experience
  • Loves teaching, mentoring and developing confident clinical teams
  • Enjoys quality systems, data, audits and continuous improvement
  • Communicates with warmth, clarity and influence

You'll also need

  • Australian Work Rights (Sponsorship unavailable for this role)
  • Police Check, Insolvency Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
