Clinical Practice Lead

Location: Kenmore | Permanent Full-Time 

About the Role:

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking a Clinical Practice Lead. This role will be based at our head office in Kenmore focusing on Trending, Reporting and Data Analysis.

This pivotal role within our Seniors Living division supports activities aligned with our strategic direction, legislative/regulatory compliance requirements and may involve tasks such as data analysis, deliver clinical programs, policy and controlled document writing as well as analysis of the outcome of audits.

About You

Our ideal candidate would have:

Essential:

  • Passionate about Aged Care and continuous improvement
  • Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Aged Care/Community care sector
  • Current driver licence
  • Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Sponsorship is unavailable for this role.

Desirable:

  • Post Graduate qualifications in Dementia, Gerontic Nursing, Quality Assurance or Management
  • Intermediate computers skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word as well as AutumnCare, Riskman and Power BI
