Play a key role in delivering quality services across Seniors Living & Retirement Living
Churches of Christ is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Contractor Coordinator (Procurement) to manage purchasing activities, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This role is critical to maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting operational efficiency.
What You’ll be Doing
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Supporting procurement with tender preparation, evaluations and onboarding
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- VendorPanel experience (highly desirable).
