Play a key role in delivering quality services across Aged Care, Home Care & Retirement Living

Churches of Christ is looking for a proactive and organised Contractor Coordinator to support our Seniors Living teams by managing external providers, ensuring compliance, and driving high‑quality service delivery for the people we support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating contractor engagement across aged care, home care and retirement living
  • Maintaining an accurate, centralised database of approved providers and suppliers
  • Building strong relationships that support timely, reliable service delivery
  • Collecting and analysing feedback from sites to improve contractor performance
  • Ensuring full compliance with insurance, licensing, credentialing and regulatory requirements
  • Leading quarterly performance reviews and tracking SLAs and KPIs
  • Supporting procurement with tender preparation, evaluations and onboarding
  • Contributing to improvements in systems, communication and client satisfaction
  • Ensuring services meet Aged Care Quality Standards and funding guidelines
