Are you looking for a customer experience opportunity with operational impact and ownership?
Do you want to drive transparency and improve quality of service for our customers?
We have a new role as Customer Experience Specialist that will work with our Customer Engagement Lead to deliver a variety of projects that shape how we understand and improve customer interactions.
You will take the lead on:
Developing and implementing a customer experience strategy and plan.
Ensuring our service delivery embraces a person-centred approach to care for our customers.
Coordinating and resolving complaints received from regulatory bodies.
Analysing customer data to identify trends and inform customer-centric decision making.
Mapping our customer journeys and unlocking pain points and driving service innovation.
Building a Voice of Customer program and managing high-impact initiatives.
About you:
You will be a detail-focused individual with experiences leading teams in customer experience environment and thrive in a fast-paced environment and you have:
Experience in responding to Government complaints and queries within a quality improvement framework.
A personal brand known champion for embedding a customer-centric approach.
Experience delivering CX / Customer Experience strategies and insights programs.
Experience in implementing a customer insights program in care, community or mission led organisations.
Leadership experience with the ability to shape and grow teams and build rapport with senior leaders.
