Are you enthusiastic about turning data into actionable insights?

We’re looking for someone who can not only work confidently with data but also interpret it in a business context – translating insights into practical recommendations supporting continuous improvement and collaborating effectively with operational teams.

You will be joining a team that supports improvement through data insights, service quality, customer experience, and transformational change.

About you and your new opportunity:

As our Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we understand and use information across the organisation. You’ll help bring our data to life—refining models, dashboards and reports that make insights clear, meaningful and easy to act on.

You will:

  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across Seniors Living.
  • Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools to support data‑driven decision making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting environments through strong validation and governance practices.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, stories, and recommendations that support leaders and operational teams.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc reporting and analysis requests, balancing both operational priorities and strategic needs.
  • Collaborate with operational, governance, and project teams to understand data requirements and design fit‑for‑purpose reporting solutions.
  • Build data capability across the business by helping stakeholders interpret insights and apply data effectively in their work.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Skilled in translating complex information into clear, meaningful insights that support decision-making.
  • Competent in Power BI, Excel, and other analytical/reporting tools.
  • Capable of presenting complex data in accessible, easy-to-understand ways for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build positive, collaborative working relationships.
  • Contribute positively to support organisational initiatives.
