About the role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents by delivering safe, respectful, and individualised care. You'll work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, carers, and the broader care team to ensure every resident receives the best possible support.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will:

  • Delivering quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
  • Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and escalating concerns to the Registered Nurse
  • Assisting with care plan development and supporting carers with best‑practice care delivery
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to care coordination, scheduling, and service planning

 What we're looking for

This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference - Providing personalised assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life within their chosen community. You will be a valued member of the team.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • A current driver's license and a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes are essential for this role. (Reimbursement of $0.96 per KM is provided for use of own vehicle)
  • Experience in Home Care or Residential Care
  • A National Police Check
  • Valid Australian Working Rights (we are not offering sponsorship)
