Environmental Service Worker - Cleaner

Permanent Part Time - 20 hours per week

About the Role:

Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking additional Environmental Service Workers for our St James Retirement Village in Heatley.  This role will see you working within our service as a cleaner, your duties include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning, disinfecting laundries, kitchenettes, toilets and including refilling consumables such as paper towels and toilet papers, emptying bins, cleaning glasses, general dusting and general cleaning in the offices, reception and front entrance.

Essential:

• At least 1 year cleaning experience
• Honest, reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to follow procedures and to adhere to all OH&S aspect of the role
• Polite and professional to all residents and visitors
• Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
• Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
