Environmental Service Worker 

Permanent Part Time - Little Mountain Residential Aged Care, QLD

Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real difference in people’s everyday lives? We’re seeking reliable and caring Environmental Service Workers to support our Little Mountain Aged Care Service in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, helping to create a clean, safe and welcoming environment where residents feel at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas
• Laundry duties (washing, drying, folding and distribution)
• Assisting in the kitchen with meal preparation and service
• Supporting dining room setup and pack down
• Following infection control and safety procedures
• Work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly

About You

• Reliable, positive and team-orientated
• Able to work across different tasks and priorities
• Previous experience in cleaning, laundry, hospitality, or kitchen hand roles (aged care experience is desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing priorities
• Hold valid Australian work rights (sponsorship not available)
• National Police Check (or ability to obtain)

Desirable

• Certificate II in Cookery or similar qualification
