About the role
Located at our aged care service in Bundaberg, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance and safety of our grounds.
This role is critical in ensuring that the appearance of our facility is well-kept and inviting for all visitors and residents and is largely an outdoor role working in all weather conditions throughout the year.

About you
This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for work 3 days a week and a self-starting and driven individual who loves working collaboratively as part of a team, however, you are also capable of working on your own. You have an advanced level of interpersonal skills which allows you to liaise and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
With your highly developed customer focus and excellent service skills you resolve gardening issues as they arise. You have proven knowledge and physical capacity to use and maintain equipment as required by the role. Ever ready to provide support, you have a welcoming, caring and compassionate nature.
