We’re on the lookout for a proactive, organised and people-loving Health, Safety & Wellbeing Officer with great administration skills to join our People Services team.

 

About the role:

You’ll be supporting our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team to provide advice and administrative support across injury management and HSW.

  • Coordinate team reporting.
  • Manage RiskMan (our safety management system) responsibilities.
  • Assist with health, safety, rehabilitation, and injury management issues.
  • Support emergency preparedness activities.
  • Maintain training materials and records.
  • Provide advice and administration support to our HSW team.

 

About you:

You’ll have recent experience in providing administrative support to a team, and a genuine interest in developing your career in Health, Safety and Wellbeing. We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant Diploma or Certificate, or equivalent experience in a HSW environment
  • Knowledge (or interest in developing knowledge) of Health, Safety, Rehabilitation, Workers Compensation, and Injury Management processes.
  • Demonstrated administration experience, including intermediate MS Office and confidence in Excel.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
