At Churches of Christ Home Care, we are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to assist seniors in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

As a Home Care Worker, your role will be as diverse and rewarding as the people you’ll be supporting. You’ll help seniors in their homes with everyday tasks, offer companionship, and provide a friendly ear. Whether it’s helping with meal preparation, transportation, or just offering a caring presence, you’ll be making a real difference in someone's day!

Key Responsibilities:

• Companionship & Support: Offer emotional support and friendly companionship to clients.

• Household Assistance: Help with light cleaning, meal prep, shopping, and keeping the home running smoothly.

• Transport & Activities: Assist clients with transport to appointments and community outings.

• Empowering Independence: Encourage clients to stay independent and healthy in the comfort of their own home.

You’ll need:

• A current driver’s license and a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (we’ll reimburse you for travel expenses at $0.96 per km).

• Certificate 3 in Individual Support - you don't need qualifications for social or domestic support shifts.

• A National Police Check (we’ll help you get this if needed).

• Australian Work Rights - Sponsorship is unavailable for this role.
