The Salary for this position is currently $30.38 per hour. Hourly rate is based on experience.

About the role
A Team Leader opportunity exists for an experienced Hospitality Team Leader to work within our Little Mountain Aged Care Service.
We require a full-time Team Leader to work from Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time between 6am and 9am.
You will be a master at multi-tasking, embracing your hospitality experience in a compassionate nature. Actively contribute to establishing high standards of customer service to our residents and participate in continuous improvement.

You have comprehensive understanding of legislation relevant to the industry plus knowledge and application of safe food hygiene practices. Your highly developed prioritisation, time management, leadership & problem-solving techniques are some of your strengths and you enjoy the interaction and working with our senior residents and have empathy for their needs. If you are enthusiastic, reliable and work well in a team environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
