About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at Clive Burdeu Residential Aged Care Service in Hillcrest.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate hospitality services including catering, kitchen operations, cleaning and laundry to ensure residents receive nutritious meals and a safe, welcoming environment.

About the Role

As Hospitality Team Leader, you will:

  • Coordinate meal preparation and ensure menus meet residents’ dietary requirements
  • Oversee kitchen, laundry and cleaning operations in line with regulatory standards
  • Manage stock ordering, rotation and quality control
  • Support compliance with food safety and aged care accreditation standards
  • Lead and support hospitality staff and volunteers
  • Maintain a high standard of service delivery for residents and staff

This role is responsible for coordinating hospitality services while supporting the broader residential aged care team.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Chef trade qualification or equivalent hospitality experience
  • Experience in catering and hospitality operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards
  • Leadership or team coordination experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
