Churches of Christ is seeking a Housing Administration Assistant to support our dedicated housing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, personable and keen to learn in a supportive environment.

 

What you’ll be doing:

In this entry-level position, you will provide essential administrative support to help our housing services run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Responding to phone enquiries and assisting clients
  • Supporting team members with day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Sharing information about housing services
  • Contributing to a positive and professional client experience

 

About you:

We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and confidence using systems
  • A genuine interest in helping others
  • A proactive and reliable approach to your work

Desirable, but not essential:

  • Previous administration or customer service experience
  • A Certificate in Business (or willingness to obtain one)
  • An interest in community or housing services

Essential requirements:

  • A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
