Human Resources Advisor

As a HR Advisor, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving the development of high-performing teams across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff across various sites throughout Queensland and Victoria
  • Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with aged care standards and legislation
  • Contribute to streamlining HR policies and procedures
  • Support in coordinating training and development initiatives
  • Contribute to workforce planning and retention strategies
  • Work closely with our Industrial Relations team on complex HR matters
  • Collaborate closely across Talent, Optimisation, WHS & L&D

 

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous experience in a HR Advisory role (or related experience)
  • Understanding of Fair Work legislation and employment law.
  • Previous experience managing cases and conducting investigations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse teams and individuals at all levels
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
