As a HR Advisor, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving the development of high-performing teams across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff across various sites throughout Queensland and Victoria
- Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with aged care standards and legislation
- Contribute to streamlining HR policies and procedures
- Support in coordinating training and development initiatives
- Contribute to workforce planning and retention strategies
- Work closely with our Industrial Relations team on complex HR matters
- Collaborate closely across Talent, Optimisation, WHS & L&D
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience in a HR Advisory role (or related experience)
- Understanding of Fair Work legislation and employment law.
- Previous experience managing cases and conducting investigations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse teams and individuals at all levels
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
