About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Officer to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will support the HR Business Partnering team and play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient and high‑quality HR operations across the organisation.
In this role you will be:
Managing and responding to HR service desk (ticketing) requests.
Updating and maintaining HR SharePoint pages and position descriptions.
Coordinating and supporting HRBP team projects and meetings.
Providing administrative support in employee relations matters.
Contributing to policy and process development.
Supporting HR reporting, data analysis and audit activities.
Supporting our GM People & Culture with project and administrative assistance, including event planning and diary management.
This role also collaborates across our P&C teams to support compliance, reporting, safety culture, continuous improvement and alignment with our mission and values.
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
HR qualifications or equivalent experience (or are working towards one).
Understanding of the Fair Work Act 2009.
Experience providing HR or employment relations support.
Strong computer skills across Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Good time‑management, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
