Location
Our Toowoomba Aged Care Service has 90 beds, located in the Darling Downs region, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and lush gardens at 885 Ruthven Street South, Toowoomba.
Highlighting the importance of this role
In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the provision of activities in accordance with the Positive Wellbeing Model of Care, which enhances the psychological, spiritual, social and physical well-being of residents and clients.
Working Perm Part time, you will be joining our fun, family friendly team and be supported by passionate and caring leaders wanting to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

What you can bring to the team
You are a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong desire to engage with and brighten the lives of our much-loved residents. Whether it be a concert at the facility or a day out on the bus, your main goals are to motivate, inspire and involve the residents. You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. You have a fun-loving nature along with compassion and understanding of individual needs.
Ideally you will have previous experience and the qualifications listed below:
