The Role

As the Senior Living Governance Manager, you will spearhead clinical governance and compliance initiatives within our Seniors Living group. Reporting to the Executive General Manager Operations, you will ensure that our care services exceed quality standards while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee clinical governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team, including Accreditation Leads, Clinical Educators, and more.
  • Lead clinical auditing and risk management activities, advocating for best practices in service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by researching and applying national and international best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address clinical care matters and implement improvements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • A degree in Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least five years of strategic leadership experience in aged or home care services.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, accreditation standards, and care funding systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and achieve strategic objectives.
  • A commitment to upholding the mission and values of Churches of Christ.

Desirable: Post-graduate qualifications in gerontic nursing, business, quality, or management.
